About Me

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to makeup. First it was using drug store foundation two shades too pale for me all over my face, not knowing there's a thing called concealer. Then eye shadows came in for my first formal party after high school. It wasn't until I was going to graduate college did I enter a MAC store for the first time. Everything snowballed from there.

This impulse to be pretty has been in my family. My grandmother, rest her soul, was the most perfectly dressed and perfectly kept women in the family. It was only a matter of time before the makeup gene finally triggered.
