I think it's a makeup tattoo, you apply it like a temporary tattoo and it lasts longer than ordinary maksup5.

You can get ones for eyeliner, brows, eyeshadow and blush/bronzer as far as I know.

I've seen lip ones too, they are basically temporary tattoos of makeup.

It's called a makeup tattoo but it's basically eyeshadow that you hold and then smudge onto your eye. I've never seen them actually come out nice though, it always smudges or doesn't apply evenly. It's usually for more exotic looks (I had one that was black smokey eye with pink stars all over) but it's supposed to completely remove the time of doing your makeup. They don't last longer since it's just eyeshadow on that sticker thing. It's marketed to save time. But they don't work lol.

Oh man! I didn't know they still made these. My gfs and I bought a bunch when we were younger and tried putting them on so we could look like makeup pros... (fat chance right?) Anywho, they royally bite. I have never had one work properly, nor have I ever heard of one coming out properly. It pretty much is just eyeshadow applied on a sticker type thing. You stick it on your eye, wiggle it a tiny bit, and remove. Cool concept, but man Oh man, we looked like clowns.
