When I have breakouts on my nose, I will just put Vaseline on it before I go to bed, and the breakouts will be gone the next day.

When you pop the white head it pushes bacteria under skin and over skin... spreads it everywhere... cases break outs for a while...

Tea Tree Oil can be pretty mild. Also, check out some of Lush's products. They try to be as natural as possible, with many of their
products being Vegetarian or Vegan. For my acne, I particularly like the Mask of Magnanimity and Grease Lightning--which is both tea tree oil AND aloe vera, so it will kill bacteria and help soothe the redness. Also, always, always, always patch test. Your body isn't anyone else's, and what works for others might not always pan out for you.
