I have the oiliest skin ever. And every skin wash product I would buy would be oil free, making my skin feel really dried out after I wash my face. What I recently found out is that washing my face with a product that is not oil free actually balances out the oils in the product and in my skin and makes my skin not so oily. Of course all of my face makeup is oil free. Hope this helps.

Using milk of magnesia can be bad for your skin if you use it over a long period of time. Every once in a while is okay though.
