There are a lot of options; I would recommend feelunique.com or asos.com because they offer free shipping.

I didn't know Americans could have this issue! I feel this way constantly being in Canada and not being able to get certain things you can get in the states here... OR you can buy online but the shipping is outrageous. I see boujois all the time in shoppers drug mart here. Good Luck Em. L!

Lol Kathryn I was just thinking the same thing! I was like "wait I literally almost bought a boujois mascara at shoppers yesterday.. " finally something Canadians can get and Americans can't haha.
There might be a store near you that sells it. I'd look on the website and see if they have a "locations" thing.
