I like to use a pencil toward the ends of my eyebrows, then use an eyeshadow over the whole eyebrow to make it seem natural.

I use the Maybelline Brown eyebrows and with my eyeliner brush I start to outline my naturally brows, then with the same eyeshadow powder I start to fill them in slightly.
I find that using powder makes your brows look more natural.
