I'm only 13, and I want to start experimenting with makeup. I only wear mascara. I want to try things with pencil eyeliner and lip stuff, but I have no idea where to start. Any ideas or tips?

YouTube. Just watch a bunch of tutorials and learn about products before you get a bunch of stuff you regret.

Drugstore! start with pencil eyeliner, blush and maybe lipstick or gloss I would say mascara but you already use it:)..it doesn't seem like you need foundation but if you want something for minor stuff maybe try a tinted moisturizer
this is pretty much what I started with, it's very easy and simple to apply these like you can't go wrong at least I think lol (it was easy for me at the time)

Know your exact eye shape that way when you see a tutorial for eyeshadow and eyeliner you can tailor it and make it look best for you.
