Please help with lip products!

A lot of have probably seen that people are lining their lips to be bigger. I just wanted to try it but I have no lip liner. Which lip liner/lipstick would you suggest to do this with? Preferably one that lasts, that I can get from a drug store, and the liner and lipstick has to be the same color (of course haha). If any of you can help me out it would be great! 😊
