I've been sweating a lot on my face/neck/collar area because my AC broke. the skin on my neck and collar are so dry it looks like I have a bad sunburn and it hurts. My face isn't too bad but it's getting there.
I'm using Olay sensitive skin for my face/neck and Nivea Shea butter for collar/lower neck. I'm applying cream more than once a day.
Is there anything else I could use? Would Vaseline be okay?

Me eczema does the same thing in heat, I've been using cortizone 10 eczema cream and it's worked wonders.

That sounds like a heat rash. I recommend that you see a doctor to confirm that, but in order to get rid of a heat rash I suggest cortisone cream. you can get it at Target. In addition, I do NOT recommend Vaseline, it will do absolutely nothing. Do you have an established skincare routine?

@Hannah Morning: Neutrogena Naturals cleanser, Thayer's toner. Night: Neutrogena Naturals cleansing/makeup remover, Thayer's Toner & ProActive every other day. I haven't used ProActive since my skin seems too sensitive right now. I also only mascara and Smashbox BB eye cream

Cetaphil moisturizing cream for dry and sensitive skin or CeraVe moisturizing cream might be better for your face. I use olay sensitive for my face occasionally and it's not as moisturizing as these.

You don't normally use a moisturizer?? there's a real problem for you; no matter what your skin type is you absolutely need a moisturizer every time you wash your face. Cetaphil is great for sensitive skin, like Lynzie said.

@Hanna oh sorry, yes I use Olay Sensitive Skin and CeraVe Eye Cream and at night Neutrogena Deep Moisture Night Cream

Oh, okay, that makes far more sense. I honestly recommend cortisone and a doctor's opinion.

I agree with Lynzie on cetaphil moisturizing CREAM. it's very moisturizing, at least I've heard, and it works well for me.

Keep the area dry, especially if it is a heat rash as everything irritates it. I use cortisone cream which is good for short term use to clear my rash. Keep the area cool, do you have an ice/gel pack you can wrap in a teatowel?
