Okay, my usual skin is very soft, smooth, and for the most part, I have a decent complexion (besides my scars and pimples), but for the last few days and getting progressively worse, my skin is super dry, bumpy, ruddy, and grotesque. I'm honestly at a loss of words for how quick this happened, considering I haven't changed my skincare routine at all lately. Does anybody have an explanation, or even better, how to stop/fix this, or when it will go away? Thank you all so much, I'm really devastated.

Your skin honestly does not look bad! Have you been eating anything that you don't normally eat or maybe loads of dairy? Some foods can cause a breakout especially dairy I've cut out milk and most dairy because of this! Also because the weather is changing this could case your skin to react differently! Try a mask for dry skin to add moister back into your face! And try using sudocream on the pimple! Also hormones could be causing it

Thank you Lorelle! I actually cut out junk food and dairy a few years ago! I don't really have any super moisturizing masks, but if you have any honey and cinnamon free DIYs let me know!

Since your eating habits haveng changed, it could probably be the change of temperature. Since it is warmer your skin might be producing more sweat. And sweat is not always noticeable. Because irritants (dust dirt others) are more likely to stick to moist skin, your skin is more likely to break out. Remember that sweat pores and oil pores are jot the same and sweat can cause dirt to block the oil pores more easily, thus making acne bacteria easier to grow. I think you should probably modify your skin care rutine a little and see if you get any results. :) hope this helped.

Have you changed your makeup? It could also be a change in the weather. I think this calls for a doctor visit though if this happened drastically
