You should wash your face two times a day--once in the morning and once at night, as you probably know ^^ and I recommend using Cetaphil cleanser for normal to dry. I have normal skin and the one for oily skin really dried me out so if you're dry as you said, you should steer clear from that. The cetaphil face wash doesn't contain anything for acne or anything, but it's a good basic cleanser and really gets you clean. =) You should use a toner after you wash your face, preferably nothing with alcohol. Neutrogena toner with NO alcohol is good. You should moisturize too, especially since you said your skin tends to be dry. The CereVe (in the jar, not the tube) is really good for that. You should also exfoliate two-three times a week, and using the St. Ives Apricot Scrub is really good. It's not too harsh. Don't over-exfoliate. It could irritate your skin and cause premature aging =( Doing a mask once a week wouldn't hurt either! Added benefits. Annie's Way have awesome masks, and so does the Korean skincare brand Etude House. You'll have to find a routine that works for you, since everyone's different. This could take some time but you'll get there =D
