I heard good things about it! I haven't done it but I think I will try it. It's supposed to bring down the redness and reduce the size of pores too

What Jacqlyn said. & doesn't make your pores smaller, it just makes their appearance less noticeable. it's impossible to change pore size.

I don't put them directly on my face, but I use a wash cloth and put about 3 ice cubes in it. However I don't recommended ice cubes but cold spoons. You put them on the freezer over night, then in the morning you put them on your face.
