Open interview? What to wear/makeup/what is it?

I think it's an interview with multiple people also trying to get the job. your outfit/hair/makeup sounds perfect. I'd show up 12:00 just so you don't seem lazy coming at the latest time mentioned. to me that time frame seems like a test hahaha.

An open interview in my experience has been just a day (in your case a 4 hour period) that they tell everybody to come in for and interview all of them. I've had a few open interviews and one was a group interview, everybody who was there at the same time interviewed together. But the other two were just a come in, we'll interview you when we're done interviewing the people that came in before you.
Your outfit sounds good and hair too. Makeup just keep natural and you should be good.

I'd actually show up at 1230 or 1. That way you can have an idea of what's going on, you're not the first but you're not showing up last minute.
Or at least that's what I'd do.

Your outfit sounds fine. It is an unscheduled interview period during which they speak to applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis. :)
