I haven't used it but Nyx has some nude eyeliners. You can get them at Ulta.

Tarte has a good nude one. But that is only if you're willing to spend a little more. You can find it at ulta or sephora.

I just bought a new one, NYX wonder pencil which is at Ulta and it's a Lipliner, eyeliner an sconces let pencil in one! I also own Rimmel scandal eyes eyeliner in nude and it staaaayyys , and it's great for brightening!

I really love the NYX wonder pencil but if you're wanting to expand your budget a little more I really recommend the Illamasqua Vowl pencil :)
