I cut my hair a while ago and it's grown out to about my shoulders. I'm not good with a curler, so what are some ways to get my hair curly with out heat.

Hope you understand:
1. Get your hair wet.
2. Separate your hair making pieces as wide or thin as you'd like (this will be the curls.
3. Now grab one and start making a donut, wheel, I don't know how you'll get it but making your hair roll towards your head.
4. When you have it until your head use as many bobby pins as you think you'll need to secure it (I normally use 2)
5. Keep going till your head is full.
6. (Optional) put a headband to secure them all in place
7. Sleep with them! (I always use them to sleep I'm not sure how long)

There's also the braiding technique but I find that to look more crimpy rather than curly
I found a lot of good ones on YouTube. It will be more helpful to understand

If you have frizzy hair you could use something against it. Most of the no heat stuff just require your hair to be damp

I used to have hair that length. After I washed my hair I'd scrunch it with a towel then scrunch it with mousse. I'd then use the blow dryer and diffuse it and it'd turn out nicely. It does require heat but not as bad as a curling iron.
