I have actually tried lemon and honey when I didn't know yet lemon could cause harm to the skin, and honestly I could notice some improvements back then. My face was smooth and clear. I haven't done it in a while anymore though because of al the things I'm reading about lemon...

Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar just dap a bit on the spot and it works great! If it's really intense I use both.

Put toothpaste on the spots where you're getting acne, leave it on overnight, and when you wake up, rinse and add moisturizer.
