Hello! I am about to run out of facial wash which is good cause I'm thinking of trying out another brand. I have combination skin and currently have breakouts. Any suggestions? Nothing too expensive, please. Also if you can suggest a good toner and moisturizer that can go with the facial wash. Thank you! :)

@Yaya: Whenever I use Cetaphil, I do not feel clean for some reason. But I use it from time to time.
