Makeup: Okay so men like natural beauty not caked on! So using your new palette is perfect! I would use any light eyeshadows depending on your eye color! Also I would go for a natural look for the face especially for a walk! So try a bb cream as a foundation and set it with a pretty powder.
As far as hair goes theirs a few different ideas
One is a curled ponytail because it's very easy and quick but it's still very pretty. Another idea is a half up half down! It's so easy and perfect for any workout! I hoped this helped! But remember either way you'll be gorgeous!

Ohhhh Wauw I want that palette!! How is the quality?
For makeup I would do a light peachy blush, nude lips and for eyes I would do a base all over the eye with the second color from the left top row (only if it's matte) then I would do the second color left bottom row in the outer corner of your eye and the first color left bottom row on the middle of the lids and third color left bottom row in the inner corner :) Haha I hope that made any sense ;)
