Okay so. Instead of using One I bought two more of color oops. And it turned my hair a reddish brown color. My goal is to reach blonde :) what should I do next? Any suggestions the picture will be in my photos.

Well my rule with dying hair is that if the hair dye is more than 2 shades darker or lighter than your natural hair color then have it professionally done. So although it may be pricey atleast you know it will be goof-proof.

I did the same thing you did. I tried going blonde without bleaching it so when I dyed it, it came out a cinnamon like color. Just like how your hair is. Only way I managed to get blonde was bleaching it.

I've been to salons plenty of times. All I get is "oh your hair is too dark we can't do it" and blah blah I see all these you tubes.. And its possible lol,. I'm trying to get past the orange stage!! I'm planning to bleach and tone it but would bleach lift this color?? Like passing the orange stage.

Well when I bleached it, I don't know if it was because I didn't leave it in for long enough or what. The box said leave it in for an hour if you really want blonde, but I was sooooo scared to leave bleach in my hair for that long cause I didn't want my hair to break or anything so I took it out at 30 minutes and was it orange!! Purple shampoo toned it down a bit, but I literally cried cause it was awful lmfao. I had to go back to Sally's and get an ash brown hair dye, then dye my hair. Now my hair is like that golden color I wanted. It was a process. If it was up to me, I would go to a salon but I have way too much curly hair. They would charge me an arm and a leg just to dye my hair.

How many process of bleach did you take?

I think you could definitely bleach that colour but I'd give your hair a few days to regenerate from the colour oops, I think to get past the orange stage it may take about 2 bleaches depending on what volume you'd use, I'd use 20 just to be safe (if you've never bleached by yourself before) because anything higher is a little riskier in the health of your hair. In saying that, you could also try bleaching with 30vol once and a 20 vol at least a week later (it's supposed to be a month between bleaching but if you're impatient like me and aren't scared of getting a trim then that's how I'd go about doing it.

Dye it ash blonde or brown, or tone it to brown then get full highlights! then just keep getting more high lights until you are as blonde as you want.

I have done hair for 11yrs and do not just bleach it. If you try to just bleach it yourself it will end up uneven especially if you place it on the scalp. I agree with what someone else said about just doing highlights at a salon but it can be pricey. So if you don't want to spend the money and want it all blonde. Use the bleach (lightener) on the mid shaft and ends first and once you notice then getting light apply to scalp. Your root area will lift faster due to the heat.

If you want it really light it will probably have to be done again. I would also suggest if you know anything about developer use 30vol on mids and ends 20 on scalp.

Ahh! I hope it'll only take one or two process.
