I put Moroccan oil on my ends when my hair is towel-dry. Plus, If your hair is dry and you want it to grow healthier, I recommend you use sulfate-free cleansers. It is very weird in the beginning because you don't feel like you are actually cleansing your hair, but your scalp will love you for it and get quickly used to it.

I really like Sebastians Potion Number 9. Leaves my hair silky soft and over time helped my hair look healthier. Its a product you use while your hair is wet after you shampoo and condition it. Nothing short of trimming the dead ends will cure the dead ends but this works fantastic and will help while your growing it out.

Eva NYC Therapy Session deep conditioner saved my hair after bleaching. Leave it in 3-5 minutes in the shower and rinse out. It's brilliant stuff.
