Straighten it and put a deep part on one side of your hair... If your bangs are too short you might not be able too... Maybe if you use hairspray to keep it in the deep part

Straighten your hair (after a morning shower) and then style it but run your fingers through it to create the mess look! Also how it's cut will help (she has layers framing her face) good luck:)

Maybe 2nd day hair tht you straightened the day before with a deep side part thts straight ise dry shampoo to get the messy look good luck.

It always helps me when I blow dry my hair to get the volume and shape I want for a look like this. I just use a round boar bristle brush and then blow dry it and then go in with a straightener to get it to the shape I want:)
