Hey girls.. so I have very hooded eyes and I was wondering if there were any specific techniques needed to be used to acheive noticable eye makeup.. thanks?

Try smoking the shadow out on the lower lash line but only like a third of it starting out on the outside corner and really highlight the inner corner.
