I forgot what I was watching. But its still healthy to eat meat , because it has some type of nutrients your body needs.

Yes it does, because you're eating a lot more fruits and vegetables which do wonders for your skin and the rest of your body.

It can help. And you can always eat vegetarian meat if you choose to go vegetarian.

I was a vegetarian for 18 months and didn't notice any changes in my skin. I know a lot of people have had less breakouts after cutting out dairy. It really depends on the person; you might be intolerant to certain foods and not even know it, and it can effect you inside & out. You will have to experiment and see for yourself; some people will preach at you about how bad dairy is for you, but if your body can handle it, there's no reason for you to cut it out.
Being vegan or vegetarian does not automatically mean you're healthier. I was lazy about it & ended up eating a lot of premade vegetarian foods & meat substitutes that contained large amounts of GMO soy. It was so much worse for me than eating meat.
You have to know your body and figure out what works for you. It might take some trial and error, but as a rule of thumb, always get plenty of fruit, vegetables and water into your diet.

Going Dairy free has so many more benefits than going meat free. Look into going dairy free instead of meat free.

My best friend had bad acne since she was 10 as she started puberty young she gave up dairy products because of all the extra hormones that are given to cows to produce more milk, since then her skin has all but cleared up apart from the odd spot or two so if your planing on changing your diet I would definitely advise going dairy free

I agree with Lizzy. I'm a vegetarian too. And it can go really wrong sometimes. I get into eating a lot of pasta or too much starches sometimes even though I don't eat fast food anymore. Meat substitutes aren't the best either. I would stick to just the ones that are grounded veggies (or DIY)
But my skin isn't that much better because of my diet. It's mostly that I found out I had milia not acne and started treating it according. I also found that sodas are my triggers for acne. I think it really boils down to figuring out your skin and how to care for it

I agree with lizzy and symone. I was a vegetarian for 5 years and I was eating pretty badly... pasta and toast all the time. my skin wasnt better, even worse back then. now I have a more balanced and healthier diet (still working on it) and my skin is better. You just have to make sure you're eating right and getting good nutrients into your body. and as for dairy, jacqlyn is right. it might help. and almond milk is delicious hahah.

I've been a vegetarian my whole life so I can't say much for meat eaters. but in general fruits and vegetables have a lot of the nutrients necesary for healthy/clear skin. of course that's not all vegetariana eat so in general I'd say avoid greasy foods. if you're not ready to cut out meat/dairy completely definitrly try adding in more fruits/veggies. :)

I am vegetarian and I did notice my skin clear up because of my balance of fruits/veg with legumes/beans.. You will crave salty/sugary foods (I crave peanut butter because it also has protien) its much harder to stay eating healthier because you have more cravings , but the health payoff is worth it , I used to feel heavy whenever I ate meat and now I always feel good.
