Lol! Nicolet that's not a stupid question. Vicki is right it is COLD! Laura, make sure you are wearing good shoes, warm ones. Maybe a pair of ankle boots with a thick sole. On top, layer up, and just make sure not to leave neither neck nor head uncovered. I'm in Germany and although it's pretty cold in the morning and late afternoon, it's really not so dramatic during the rest of the day. Hope this helps.

I wouldn't suggest shorts, maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't wear shorts when it's 46-48 degrees f. All you can suggest its Wear comfy shoes, you don't want to get tired easily lol enjoy!!

It's not tights under jeans cold, but you could wear tights with shorts, a vest top and a thick cardigan:) I wore that today and it was 5C :)
