I alway use organic coconut oil, so you might want to research the other ingredients in the one you have to make sure there isn't any irritants and that's why they put a suggested time. But I use mine as sunscreen and leave it on all day :) I've never had a problem with it

That's a hair mask, not coconut oil. I normally leave hair masks on for the duration of my shower, nothing has thus far happened to my hair because of that. I wouldn't leave it overnight though, that would be a bit much with a hair mask.

Deng it lol I just saw coconut oil and grabbed it
oh well I tried it after doing a bleach wash on my hair and my hair feels amazing. I needed a hair mask or deep conditioning treatment my hair was getting dry

I don't know where you live girls but if they have indian or arabic markets/shops try to get it there is of a superior quality 100% organic non refined and cost as little as 2? for a 600ml jar that last up to 6months if used everyday if not more :)

I have been using the Parachute 100% pure coconut oil my entire life & am pretty sure I will keep using it rest of my life :) it is dfntly a thick oil n will feel a bit greasy, I use it overnight before washing my hair. during winter, I also massage my body with it once in while to soothe the itchiness. its my HG product!! hope these info will help in case you are looking to buy 'coconut oil' :) :)

Trader Joe's has organic coconut oil for a reasonable price that will last a long time. I don't think you should bother buying anything with additives. ( yes I realize toy picked up a mask by accident)...that sounds just like me by the way!

I do sometimes leave my hair mask overnight and can't see nothing wrong in that, my hair comes out soft and shiny. I always use a hair mask longer than it's said on the directions.
