I personally like your brown hair now ^_^ I'm trying to picture you in blonde hair and it's not working. You could always just get blonde highlights.

I feel blonde highlights would look goof but not all your hair blonde. I can't really imagine it in my head lol.
But definitely blonde highlights would look good :)

I think a whole head of blonde would wash you out, highlights would look cute though :)

I don't think you should go blonde I think ombré would look cute but I don't think blonde would really suit you and also since your eyebrows are brown going blonde may look off.

But depending on how light you go in the summer some nice highlights would look really cute.
