I don't recommend accutane unless your skin is VERY bad.

Yep, I do pretty much constantly. I take really good care of my skin, only getting dry/chapped lips when I go on holiday with a massive climate change.
I mainly use Liz Earle and Nivea products, such as -
Liz Earle cleanse and polish. It's a makeup remover which myself and my mum (who's 51 and doesn't look a day over 35!) have used for years and we love it:)
Nivea creme moisturiser. It comes in a blue pot and is so cheap but amazing.
Nivea essentials lip balm. I love this stuff, makes my lips so soft.
Liz Earle toner. It's makes my skin feel so hydrated and it smells beautiful:)
I also wash my face in the morning and night, use cleanse and polish in the morning and night. I exfoliate once a week with Elemis facial rose exfoliator.
I really think it's about establishing a routine which works for you. Find products which work for you (mainly through trial and error!). Sometimes good products (such as Liz Earle and Elemis) have a higher price tag, yet are worth it, but some are overpriced. Nivea is a good place to start, it is cheap and has worked for many for years.

If you have great genes you can! otherwise, its very hard to not get even a pimple when you're a teen, trust me I've been fighting with acne since 12 and I'm 16 now.
