I'm wanting a change with my hair, but I work at Disney, so it can't be crazy or too UN natural looking. Since I just moved to Florida, I'm thinking maybe blonde highlights...

Maybe less highlights than the first pic? It looks more like overall blonde with highlights. In the sun your highlights and hair overall will lighten enough! Have fun at Disney!
