Ice with reduce the swelling and elevate your bruise , hear after the initial swelling has gone down , apply a heated compress to your bruise. The heat will open the capillaries and increase immune system response then clean the bruised area it'll can prevent infection. Aloe vera is good too hope I helped.

Oh my gosh, how did that happen? Arnica works a charm, but I find it helps more in stopping the bruise from appearing than making it go away. Your friend's bruise looks like it's at its worst right now. Applying ice for 3 minutes, then heat for 3 minutes and repeating the process can definitely help it to go away. Massaging can help as it breaks up the blood trapped under the surface of the skin. But be careful as massaging too hard can make it worse. If all else fails, it can be covered with makeup and should be gone after a week!

Neosporin ointment definitely helps get rid of bruises, only don't peel the scab.
