Deflamol is an ointment used for skin rash but what some other benefits it have for skin if you know tell me :)

About this item
Deflamol ointment is a combined product with expressed epitelotonical action. When topically applied it has a softening effect, stimulating and regenerating effect on the epithelial cells of the skin. It is used as a protective and emollient agent for dry, irritated skin (including drainage, ileostomy or colostomy, dermatitis, diaper rash), in superficial skin damaged from solar, thermal and chemical effects, for superficial wounds and ulcers (scratches, cracks, abrasions). Deflamol ointment is applied as a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin 1-2 times daily.

Apparently it's only in the uk.
