Okay.. So my face is typically very oily and it makes my face really shiny which I highly dislike. However , after I wash my face with my Clean and Clear Morning burst face cleanser, my face is VERY dry , which I also highly dislike. I always have to use a moisturizer afterwards. Do you guys no of any face cleansers that will decrease the amount of oil on my face , but not dry it out? Thank you!

I find that face washes with tea tree oil are great for removing oil without drying out your skin :)

Cetaphil. Skin generates oil when the body signals that it is dry. It's a natural defense response. Overdrying can often bring on more oil as a result...although this varies based on other factors. Cetaphil is gentle and non drying. Aveeno daily radiance is a paraben free effective moisturizer. That may help as well. I'd also incorporate a toner into my routine..using it just after rinsing your face. Mario Badescu has a nice seaweed one at both Sephora and Ulta.

I agree with everything Rozberty said :) I'd like to recommend the CeraVe foaming cleanser too.

Cetaphil won't overdry and it removes oil dirt and makeup like no other in my opinion.

You should always use an oil-free moisturizer, regardless of what cleanser you are using. You are likely over drying your skin and it is producing more oil to compensate, creating the oil problem.

Like Rozberry said, use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil instead of that harsh Clean and Clear stuff. Be careful about toners, as many contain alcohol. Follow with a light moisturizer, and you should start noticing a difference. :)
