The Naked palettes are pretty good, but a little overrated. Lorac Pro is awesome, a great mix of shimmer & matte.
All the Kat Von D palettes.. super pigmented!

Thebalm has very pigmented shadows. The color selection isn't very wide, but if you like more neutral colors it's great.
