Can't seem to find the right foundation! Help!!

I bought the Neutrogena healthy skin liquid foundation & even when I put a powder to give it a matte finish is it still so oily. Need I mention I have very oily skin. What is the best foundations for oily skin?

Kat Von D is nice but it's a satin finish not matte. And adding a powder over it to make it matte will most often than not, make you look over powdered :/ so if you're looking for strictly a matte finish I wouldn't go this route. It's still a nice one though. It does keep oils at bay as well.
Mac studio fix fluid keeps me matte for hours and hours! And it's natural looking and light in feel but covers like a dream. I love the look overtime as well.
Tarte Full Coverage Airbrush foundation is lovely as well :) it's a powder so it is already matte.
