I've managed to sort of tame my skin on a regular basis, but every time I come home from a vacation (usually Florida or other places with a warm climate) my skin brakes out like CRAZY. I think it's because it gets so good when I'm out in the sun, and when I come home to Norway with cold climate, I break out. It's just on my forehead. Tanning beds helps a lot, but I don't want to use that option too much.. Does anyone have some special tricks/tips for skin that "needs" sun? Haha thanks in advantage :-)

I think the reason why that happens is because you don't consume the amount of Vitamin D your body needs. The sun is a natural Vitamin D for your body that is why people who suffer from depression & anxiety that have low doses of vitamin D are recommended to walk or spend at least 15 min outside in the sun obviously wearing SPF. You might want to try supplements of Vitamin D that you can get in any drugstore. I've researched this specifically topic & it does clear up acne 100% for some people.
Goodluck! :)

Use oil free sunscreen and a bb or cc cream. Foundation, even with spf, is still 'trapping' your skin from really breathing, which is extremely important when exposed to sun/hot humid climate. The mix of your sweat and the makeup is clogging the pores, resulting in a breakout.
Try a bb cream if you don't need that much coverage, just evening redness. Tarte and Etude House make the best. Cc is great for a medium covg look, similar to a layer of foundation. Clinique's is really good.
Hope this helped :)
