Yes, it's very common. I'd avoid parabens and use a sulfate free shampoo.

It's because of the change in hormones. Are you taking your prenatal vitamins? The filmic acid in them should help, but you can also still deep condition your hair, until it's tamed down a bit I'd avoid heat though. Just show your hair some extra love with hair oils and deep conditioner and hair masks.
