I have a bottle of this stuff and use it as makeup remover. I was wondering will it work as a face moisturizer or what other things can I do with it?

Put a moisturizer on first, then the oil. Oils aren't moisturizing, they're sealants so they seal in that moisture.

Certain oils can be moisturizers and others sealants. I'm getting my degree in a form of alternate medicine and oil is heavily used. Almond oil is a moisturizing oil and is especially good for dry and sensitive skin! Almonds also do a wonderful job getting rid of scars and preventing wrinkles (like most moisturizing oils). I love it as a make up remover, use it in my hair, and I use it as a nightly moisturizer.

@anupa will it cause breakouts? My face is oily and acne prone

@Gabby Almond Oil is Moderately Comedogenic, so I recommend to continue using it as a make up remover, not as a moisturizer.

@kitty I don't even know what to put on my face anymore. Everything I put on it breaks me out. No bueno.

I swear by it. No odor..quick absorption, inexpensive, effective and gentle. My lashes and collar bone also love it.

I have very sensitive skin and I haven't seen any breakouts because of it. I'm sure you can try it out because if it works, you've got something amazing and if it doesn't then at least you know. Most everything breaks me out so ya know, almond oil right now is my favorite thing ever

Yes, the molecules in almond oil, coconut oil, and extra virgin olive oil are all too big to enter your pores so won't clog pores or cause break outs, it can be used to remove make-up and surface dirt, then apply a cleanser to remove dirt from pores, excess sebum etc, tone, apply a small amount of oil rub in your hands till warm and apply to your face allowed to soak in and blot any excess with tissue, this is great for dry/mature skin although best used at night rather than a daily moisturiser as it can be quite heavy under make-up.
