Must have makeup brushes?

I never wear more than mascara and red lipstick, but as I've been practicing my eyeshadow skills at home, I find that my brushes make it hard to get the look I'm going for. I have a big fluffy blending brush from the Body Shop and a few different flat shader brushes. I mostly have trouble with getting the precise yet blended outer V look. What are some must have eye makeup brushes? And the best brands?
Thanks all, you guys rock:)

Real techniques brushes are great, but a good pencil brush is best for the outer v! I still use my trusty MAC 219 Everytime, others I've tried just don't cut it. Check out Royal and Langnickel or bdellium brushes for good quality and good prices. Much better quality and better priced than Sigma, if you're ready to invest in brushes you'll have forever- go with Hakuhodo and Rae Morris, but be prepared!💸💵But they are sooooo dreammmmmyyyyy!😳😍😁

Real techniques. Sigma. Mac 217. I've heard zoeva are meant to be pretty good for the price too. I have the body shop ones they feel amazing but I agree they just don't do the look I'm after. X.

Real techniques and bhcosmetic brushes..even the elf pro brushes do the job!

I really like MakeupGeek brushes. I just purchased my first two a couple weeks back and they are incredibly soft but still precise. They even have an "outer v" brush that is kind of like a modified pencil brush and just wonderful.

I think Miss Jackie (Jacqueline H) is the best person to talk to about this, she is the Brush Queen!

I use a Bobbi brown set. It has everything in it with several smudge and angled brushes for eyes.

I love my Mac brushes and for outer V MAC 219 is awesome. I have not tried hakuhodo brushes but have heard great reviews about them but they are prettyyy expensive. Also I second Jacqueline on Real Techniques brushes I literally hate them and I just use their angled brush for my brows just because I don't own a MAC or anyother brand of the same kind of brush. I too would recommend getting good quality brushes and you will definitely feel the difference in the way your makeup will look.

I also will say I don't think Real Techniques are great. IMO they aren't very good and for what you pay you could do better, KWIM?
I'm happy with a couple of my M.A.C brushes, the 217 I use everyday and my angled blush brush I really like. Those two have held up well too.
