Does anyone know how to read the expiration date on a tube of pravana ChromaSilk vivids?

Is there a imprint on the foil? There is no combo that makes sense, except 07/1985

There is no imprint. this tube is violet so I'm guessing that's what the double "V"s are for but after that it really gets confusing. the foil underneath is completely smooth.

Here's another pravana tube of wild orchid. the expiration date is impossible to decipher

I believe that is just a barcode number, not an expiration date.

That is a lot number or batch number. It us a unique identifier that allows the manufacturer to keep track of when and where that batch was made, and where it was distributed. When you see product recalls that mention a number, that is what it is referring to.

If the expiration isn't printed on the foil crimp, it was likely on the box.

Thanks ladies! I wasn't able to find an expiration date but I went ahead and used it. came out okay : )
