I've heard good things about Ovation Cell Therapy, but I've never tried it myself.

Try a new shampoo/conditioner, preferably ones that increase volume. Conditioner, especially moisturizing conditioner, can make hair smooth, but also flat and oily quicker, so avoid applying it on your scalp. Just apply the ends of your hair and some of the hair shaft. When you get out of the shower, apply some hair mousse to your roots and then heat protectant, then blow dry hair upside down, as this creates more volume. If your hair is extremely oily by the end of each day, wash hair every day. Otherwise, it's best to skip a few days between washing.
For length, I use vitamins and they actually have helped me. I use Biotin supplements, along with fish oil and a multivitamin, but what you take is up to you. Biotin has really helped my hair, but be warned: you have to drink a lot of water while taking it or else you'll break out.
There are hair masks that help with oily hair and damage protection that can you can buy or D.I.Y, but you should research what's best for you.
Good luck!

Mine was the same but I grew out of it at about 17, I'd literally have to wash my hair everyday sometimes twice before I discovered powder and dry shampoo helped also teasing helped a lot and only putting conditioner on the very ends of my hair! I'm sure your hair is beautiful though :)

All the girls had good tips I just wanted to add getting a shampoo and conditioner that are specifically made for thin hair might help because sometimes using something to heavy can weigh down hair and make it look thinner and more greasy.

There's a new shampoo by Loreal that apparently thickens hair, I use it and it seems to work :3.

Maybe try a clarifying shampoo, it's supposed to make your feel a bit dry but really clean.
