HELP! Cystic pimple right above Lipline!

I have a cystic pimple coming in right above my Lipline, and I need to get rid of it by Friday, for my semi formal! Is this a coincidence that when my semi was first scheduled, I got one right by my nose? It was rescheduled , and the pimple is gone but it took forever to go away! How do I make it disappear or at least much less noticeable (it's not noticeable yet, but I have a feeling it's going to be bad...) for semi? Please help! I'm having hormonal acne (that time of the month) and mine is pretty bad around this time, how can I make it go away??

Try Sulfur! It gets rid of under the skin bumps in 3 nights or brings it to a head so you can gently extract it. (:

What's a cystic pimple? so sorry:( but I googled it and only found some gross and exaggerated images of very bad acne.
