I have everything except Epsom salts. Can I use table salt? I am hoping I can find a subsitute. Do I need To buy some Epsom salts?

Table salt has entirely different chemical composition than Epsom salts. Epsom salts help relax tired muscles and reduce inflammation, table salt is not so good at that. I suggest you buy the Epsoms.

Epsom Salts are Magnesium Sulfate...Salt is largely Sodium Chloride. They are two entirely different birds. Epsom salts are cheap and every drugstore has them.
