I had painted my toe nails for 10 years straight without ever leaving them natural. I noticed that they were discolored (slight yellow) so I haven't worn varnish since December. They seem to be going back to a normal colour now but still don't look right yet. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was your solution? Thanks :)

I think there are products to help rid them of the yellowing.

Thanks :) I haven't been able to find anything :( I've tried Google but all that comes up is fungus related info, which I'm pretty sure it isn't from what I read!

You just need a little break from polish. try very lightly buffing the surface of the nails and give them a week or two to rest. hope that makes sense!

Use a mix of peroxcide and baking soda. that should take care of it. lemon juice is also an option

Yes, you can also use a buffer to buff them out and get rid of the stain :)

Once you have your toe nails alright... Before painting them with colors put some clear polish that will help from getting your nails yellow again! It helped me :) hope it helps you.
