Keratosis Pilaris doesn't have a cure yet, sorry to say. My mum who is also a doctor, says that by regular exfoliation and moisturising , you can improve the skin texture. Its all you can do at the moment. Do not exfoliate too hard cuz no scrub can remove the bumps completely.

Hey, I get that on the back of arms and the side of thighs. regular moisturizing really makes a huge difference. try a lotion like am lactin or jergens AH. hope this helps. also I read eating a diet rich in omegas is beneficial. hope that helps.

Rubbing pure coconut oil on my arms helps mine go away a lot! It seemed to work for me and it's not expensive.. Even if it doesn't work it'll make your skin super soft so you can't really lose! ☺️

A girl I work with has this and she said she bought the body brush head for the clarisonic and she said that has helped a lot but still not completely fixed it.
