Does it say "unrefined" or "cold pressed" on it?

That one is refined, I believe. Did you get it from Walmart? When you open it does it smell and or taste strongly of coconuts? To ask your question is refined just as good, I believe not because refined coconut oils can be treated with various chemicals, and processed with very high heat, thereby compromising the health benefits of the product.

I use that too, & it helped clear my cystic acne. The only ingredient listed is coconut oil so I assumed it was fine. Then 2 months later my face started clearing. I actually have a bigger tub (or maybe the packaging is just different now since I bought it over a year ago). Getting a huge tub like that for like 15 bucks is way better in my opinion. Even though I don't think it said organic the stuff helped dramatically! I've also used it as a moisturizer treatment plenty of times for my hair. & keep in mind I still have the tub a whole year later. (I had blonde damaged hair maybe this is why is helped me so much & not Noelle) But I absolutely love it.

That's the same exact one I have! It works great on my hair, but then again I've never tried any other coconut oil brands so I have nothing to compare it to.
