Anyone have any tips for enhancing blue eyes? A lot of articles I've read say brown eyeshadows brings out the blue - but for me, I don't see it at all and frankly, I'm sick of a boring neutral eye! I personally think purple brings my eyes out the best. What do you girls use for your blue eyes/ or what do you think looks best with blue eyes?
Thanks! xoxo

Orange is blue's complimentary colour, so oranges and yellows really make my eyes stand out! To bring out the green tones in your blue eyes, reds and purples really work, and if you have light blue eyes (like me) eyeliner on the upper lashline and lower waterline really make them pop. I also read somewhere that to make your eyes look a shade lighter, pop a colour a shade darker somewhere close to the eye like the lower lashline, and vice versa. So for example, to make my eyes look like a lighter blue, I'd put a medium/dark blue on my lower lashline.
Hope I helped! :)

i use the urban decay naked palette, neutrals really make my eyes pop. also deep purples and bronzey/orange colors all seem to work very nicely.

i don't have blue eyes, but try like plums and chocolate browns for evening. forest greens are nice. gray is a good color, and you can do bronze/copper as well. the key is to contrast.

I usually go with golds and bronzes when playing up my eye color...but just a basic black smokey eye really makes my eyes pop!
