Blog HELP!

Soo I want to start a blog, not necessarily all beauty and fashion related and I need some help on which blog to use! I know about blogger, but that's it. What's everyone's favorites? It doesnt have to be the easiest but as long as it allows for a lot of creativity and fun ways I can change it up (if that makes sense) lol

also, will I be able to follow anyone else's blog if they do not use the same blog site host?? Im not really sure how they work!

Any help would be lovely, thanks! :)

I have Blogger and both of mines are colorful and creative which I like, blogger lets you do that and you can choose your template and design anyway you want I have two blogs http://iloveandreab.blogspot.com/ and http://beautyfashionandglamour.blogspot.com/ and they are both designed differently so you just have to mess around with it. And for following you should be able to since it's through Google, but I prefer blogger. I hope this was helpful! =) P.S. I just followed you on here.
