Just a note and a question. First off, Hi, I am Debbie most of my friends call me DJ. Finally a place where I might fit in. I love everything to do with beauty I am a Beauty Therapist trying to accquire all the accreditations needed to care for women as well as men. Let's face it they need help. Now the question: Does anyone have an idea about the CIDESCO license?
