So i've tryed almost every eye primer and Different name brand eyeshadows. My shadow creases like crazy and then my inner corner of my eye starts to get watery and goes to my lid and crease and it gets moist.

Does anybody have the same issues? or does any body have any tips and tricks for me to apply my shadow.

I've been dealing with this issuse since i started makeup and I really wanna further my career as a MUA. How can I even practice when my own eyelids are difficult to work with themselves.

and mind I tell you that i always clean my makeup and brushes.

I'm sorry to hear you are having such an issue. I do not have the same issue as you do, but I can tell you about an eyeshadow primer I have that is waterproof. (I actually have three primers - Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance and Lime Crime Candy Eyed Eyeshadow Helper). I've had great success with all three, but the one by Lime Crime is the best wearing one especially in this high humidity area I live in. In fact, I mix a tiny bit with my under eye concealer to keep my concealer in place all day. Hope you find a product or technique that helps. (additionally, if your watery eye is a chronic condition, a little visit with your eye doctor may prove to be helpful).

If your eyes get watery during or after application, just sniff really hard, and it'll suck the moisture right back up into your tear ducts... I use UDPP - but I have also heard wonders about the Lime Crime product, and def. going to try that next.

I don't know how you usually go about your makeup application, but if you're using any cream colored bases under your makeup, make sure you're using a thin layer. Thick layers are more prone to creasing, as is with any primer you are using as well. Hope that helps!
