I did a blog post on this on Sunday but wanted to share on here as well...
After spending some time reorganizing my makeup collection, I've come to the conclusion that my makeup collection is quite ridiculous in size and I need to "chill" for awhile before buying anything else.
I've officially entered Makeup Rehab and am wondering if there are any other beauties out there who are also in rehab. Perhaps we can be a support system for each other?
For clarification, I am doing the official Project 10 Pan. No buying until I've used up at least 10 items! I started on Sunday and the shakes are starting to subside now! LOL!!

I share your pain ladies! I have three children so have to think of them before spend spend spend!! Otherwise I'd be giving the make up store shelves a good kick in lol.......how ever, when I go food shopping I always have a browse and if there's one or maybe two things there I might chose one or the other, not always though. So on occasion, once a week at least I look or may buy and that way I don't get the withdrawal symptom forward slash shakes. My collection is rather small at the moment though ! lol xxxx
I'm not sure if that's rehab for me or managing my addiction lol

@Mandy That's a great idea! A no buy for a month! Congrats! You are almost there! You should definitely reward yourself! Please keep me posted should you decide to continue the no buy into August!
It is definitely difficult for me when I get tons of e-mails offering great deals or I see great deals in the stores. I just have to pretend I don't hear the deals calling my name!
@Sera I have 3 kids as well! I think you're managing your addiction well!
I'm excited to see how I feel after a few weeks of not buying any makeup. I'm sure my bank account and husband will be very happy!!

I was on a no-buy for July and then ULTA sent me a 20% off coupon that didn't exclude prestige brands and expired before August. I had no choice I tell ya!

I am having a difficult time knowing that I have that 20% off coupon. I am down 4 of my 10 products. I do not think I am going to make it!!

When they do the coupons that you can use on prestige, that's it for me. I WAIT for those and compile lists of what I need so I can make the best use of them.

That's a great idea! I will have to do that once I'm done with P10P.

Update on Makeup Rehab - I've finished my Bare Minerals Foundation, MAC Eyebrow Pencil, Clinique Eyeliner and a small sized Stila illuminating foundation (I'll only count that as half). I'm on my way ladies!! I have 6.5 products to go!!
