Bored with my Hair!

I've had the same hair style with the same highlight placement for like a year now. I've played around with colour and stuff, but I'm super bored with the cut. I like the volume on top, but the bangs are just too much hassle, as soon as I step into the wind I get poodle hair. What do you guys think I should do with it?
